Unfriendly staff, hand out "parking tickets" over 20 € for parking there and require one to pay the amount and also claim that the car is reported to the police. Not to be beaten in audacity!

The restaurant is super nice, you feel immediately comfortable, friendly and competent service, the food is really excellent and the prices for the quality really cheap. The rooms are nice and modern, a large shower and the bedding smells wonderfully freshly washed. You feel comfortable around.

Lovingly renovated and furnished. Food is hearty and tasty. Classic Swabian cuisine with predominantly meat dishes but also fish dishes or vegetarian things can be found in the handwritten card. We had the Zwiebelrostbraten, lamb leg and the cheek which was all delicious. The atmosphere is nice and you could play some music. Otherwise, a good restaurant

Very cosy place, extremely friendly host, nice and spacious rooms, very good restaurant, very reasonably priced. A little remote but a real alternative to the usual (and mostly boring) regional hotels and restaurants in Schwaebisch Hall and its vicinity.

Everything here is great the service is very friendly and I can only recommend the kitchen here you can only feel good. A big compliment to the whole team in the Steigenhaus

Very cozy restaurant with delicious food. Ambience is pleasant, since not everything is full of tables and chairs. Service was very friendly and accommodating. Service was fast and attentive. Value for money is great. There is also ample free parking right outside the door. Really recommended!

Very good first impression, but unpleasant, almost rude personnel. If this was due to language barrier - price performance ratio leaves room for improvement as well.

Price performance ratio too high! Spaetzle without melt. The ragout was missing cranberries. Note the amount of side dishes. Salad far too small and Spaetzle too little. Tasty okay. However, without an appetizer, you get up hungry. The staff is very nice, the ambience is very nice. Croutons in the clam soup were unfortunately forgotten!
